Refund and Returns Policy
14-day return window
You can return an unused, unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Hand-poured candles, hand-cast diffusers and refills cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons. If the seal is broken, the wick is trimmed, or the diffuser reeds have been used, the product is no longer eligible.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with the wrong product, email hello@plutodeco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund without question.
How to return
- Email us at hello@plutodeco.com with your order number and reason.
- We will reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item in its original packaging if possible.
- Ship it back. Customer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged or wrong.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue the refund within 5 business days. The refund appears on your original payment method within 7 to 14 days, depending on your bank.
Tabby and Tamara orders
Refunds for Tabby or Tamara orders are processed back through the same provider. They will adjust your remaining instalments accordingly.
