These Terms govern your use of plutodeco.com. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

plutodeco.com is operated by Coeur de Cire LLC, a company registered in Dubai, UAE.

Products

Every pluto. product is hand-poured or hand-finished in our Dubai studio. Natural stone (marble, onyx, travertine) varies in colour and veining from piece to piece. The product you receive will not be identical to the product photographed.

We make every effort to display product colours and textures accurately, but screen rendering varies.

Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the product is out of stock, or if the price is incorrect due to a typographical error.

Prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery

We ship across the UAE. Same-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 5:30pm. Next-day delivery elsewhere in the UAE for orders placed before 2pm Dubai time. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Intellectual property

All content on plutodeco.com (logos, text, images, design) is owned by Coeur de Cire LLC. You may not copy, redistribute or use it commercially without written permission.

User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Liability

Our products are decorative homeware. Use as directed. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, including burning a candle unattended, placing a candle near flammable material, or using a vessel beyond its intended purpose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
