Where we ship

We ship throughout the United Arab Emirates. International orders are not currently available.

Delivery times

  • Same-day delivery in Dubai. Order before 5:30pm and your pluto. arrives the same evening.
  • Next-day delivery across the UAE. Order before 2pm Dubai time and your pluto. arrives the next working day.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over AED 250. AED 15 flat rate below that.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.

Failed delivery

If our courier cannot reach you on the first attempt, they will try once more. After two failed attempts the order returns to our studio and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
